A few days to step away and reset. This retreat brings together simple, grounding yoga, guided breathwork and cold water immersion to help you shift how you feel—quickly and naturally. Set in the quiet beauty of the Lake District, with the lake just moments away, it’s a chance to clear your head, restore your energy and return home feeling calmer, lighter and ready for the year ahead.
