A few days to step away and begin again. This retreat is designed to gently reset your body and mind after the noise of everyday life—through simple, grounding yoga, cold water immersion and guided breathwork. Held in the stillness of the Lake District, it’s a chance to clear your head, restore your energy and return home feeling lighter, calmer and ready for what’s ahead.
